In 2009 having spent 10 years in the performing arts industry Hannah took nine months out to explore India. When rediscovering yoga in its birthplace, Hannah discovered meditation. After a life-enriching journey, Hannah returned to the UK to complete yoga and mindfulness teacher training and to share her newfound passion: the pursuit of its goals and the search for inner harmony both mentally and physically.
During the last 10 years of teaching yoga, Hannah has also gained training in mental health, autism and life coaching. Hannah is a Wellbeing Consultant delivering training within companies, with a focus on mindfulness and performing coaching.
Hannah has worked with the NHS, with trainee psychotherapists at
Redbridge College and delivers her wellbeing courses in a variety of industries, eg,
recruitment, architecture, insurance, and construction.
